Scout is a contemporary take on a classic American tavern. Located just off scenic Highway 30A in the Watersound Origins community, Scout blends rich character with thoughtful details and vintage sports memorabilia. From the bar and lounge to the game room and courtyard, Scout offers a variety of gathering spots, each with their own distinct atmosphere, where guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal in good company. The menu highlights classic tavern favorites like prime steaks, handcrafted burgers, local seafood, and modern takes on classic cocktails, complemented by a curated selection of beers, bourbons, and whiskeys.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Jeremy and Angela Walton, Scout is the newest addition to Quest Hospitality Concepts. Before Scout, Jeremy and Angela launched The Citizen in 2021, a seaside tavern in Alys Beach known for its coastal cuisine and globally inspired flavors. Soon after, they had the opportunity to revive a beloved neighborhood spot, Fonville Press, transforming it into a vibrant market, cafe, and coffee shop in 2022.
Across all their restaurants, Quest Hospitality Concepts is driven by a simple mission: to craft exceptional dining experiences that bring people together and celebrate the beauty of their surroundings.
